Vitamin A is essential for a strong body. It maintains a healthy immune system, provides good vision and encourages cell growth. It has been used throughout the years as prescription medication. 

The core muscles are vital to many common movements, such as lifting, twisting, reaching, and bending making them the most important muscle group of the body.

FALL BACK

Life is serious enough, full of responsibilities leaving us feeling more often than not stressed.

However, the fall season is a time of change full of colors and whimsical fun shared with family 

and friends.  Perhaps it marks a time of loss or pain and you need to create a new tradition 

celebrating your accomplishments and aspirations.

OCTOBER - treat yourself to a favorite pastime or a new adventure.

NOVEMBER -  share a feast with loved ones or treat yourself to a new dining experience, 

TIME OUT

Well another day is done.

What have you done for yourself today, this week or even this month.

Did it require more work? 

Did you read a book for pure enjoyment, or did you study it  and or try to figure out the plot ?

Did you go out and enjoy nature, relax and take in the moment of enjoying a meal or the company around you?

Have you pampered your self lately?

Take a long purposeless walk and enjoy mother nature, not for selfies to post on facebook or tweet.

Take a long hot shower or bath if possible and soak it in allowing the water to ease the muscles you have worked throughout your day.

Baby it's cold outside

Good Morning,

Baby it'scold outside.  Remember to cover from head to toe, stop cold invasion.  
Warm up today with nice cup of tea, coffee or hot cocoa.

Don't forget to stretch it out today. Relax the muscles that we work so hard through out the day.  
Release the tension in your body, the work will get done without the stress.  

Tickle me moment:
Have a snow ball fight, trace your name in the snow.  
Remember to smile, we will never see this day again.  Live in the moment :)

Stretch it out


Stretching is a very important part of your day.  
When you have decided to hit that snooze button one more time, take this time to stretch out while lying in your bed. 
Listen to your body, if something aches it needs your attention.
